Gemmyo - Japan Market Entry

Supported Gemmyo's entry into the Japanese market (2023–2024) by securing its first flagship location in Tokyo, which opened in November 2024. Managed local PR announcements, built PR relationships, assisted with the eCommerce launch, and introduced a local PR agency. Additionally, established the brand's first local partnership for promotional activities with the French pastry shop Aux Merveilleux de Fred.
